Requirements

Knowledge of ACS systems and HVAC maintenance.
Knowledge of electrical installations maintenance.
Previous experience in general maintenance.
Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, or gardening.
Organizational skills and autonomy.

The role

At Residencia Arrotegi, we are looking to hire a person for the position of maintenance, to cover a replacement.

What you'll do

Monitor the status and operation of the facilities.
Record the work performed in the corresponding forms.
Properly use tools, materials, electrical appliances, and personal protective equipment.
Inform the coordinator of any incident related to the performance of your work.
Execute gardening, painting, carpentry, and other tasks necessary for the maintenance of the center.
Perform any additional activity in accordance with your qualification and profession that may be required of you.
Comply with preventive maintenance tasks according to the center's planning.
Coordinate the activities of subcontracted companies.
Propose improvement actions in the maintenance area.
Manage the documentation generated in the area.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00-15:00
Contract: Replacement
