Maintenance Assistant at H10 Rubicón Horizons Collection

H10 Hotels is looking to hire a First-Class Maintenance Worker to work at our hotel H10 Rubicón Palace, in Lanzarote.

Their main duties will be:

• Assist in the maintenance tasks of the facilities and recreational areas of the establishment.
• Carry out the duties assigned under the supervision of the area manager.

• Previous experience in maintenance and repair tasks will be valued.
• Knowledge of electricity, HVAC, plumbing, masonry, and painting will be valued.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently will be valued.

H10 Hotels precisa incorporar un/a Oficial de Mantenimiento para trabajar en nuestro hotel H10 Rubicón Palace, en Lanzarote.

Sus funciones principales serán:

• Auxiliar en las labores de mantenimiento de las instalaciones y zonas de recreo del establecimiento.
• Realizar las funciones que se le encomienden bajo la supervisión del encargado de su área.

• Se valorará experiencia previa en funciones de mantenimiento y reparación.
• Se valorará conocimientos en electricidad, climatización, fontanería, albañilería y pintura.
• Se valorarán habilidades para resolver problemas y trabajar de manera autónoma.
