Quality and HR Coordinator at H10 Hotels

H10 Hotels needs to hire a Quality and HR Coordinator to work at the Central Offices in Barcelona.

The main tasks to be performed will be:

• Preparing the hotels (directors and managers) for the implementation and maintenance of the H10 Quality system.
• Implementing the standards defined in the establishments.
• Working with the Operations and Marketing Departments to define the chain's standards.
• Conducting internal consultations to measure the level of compliance with the implementation of the H10 Quality Management System. (Documentary framework, compliance with standards and physical checks)
• Assisting in the creation of an Audit Questionnaire for the H10 Quality System. (Compliance with standards + evaluation of management according to the Excellence Guide parameters)
• Teaching how to create and monitor the PAC (Corrective Action Plan, audit reports)
• Monitoring the standards defined by the ICTE and Biosphere regulations in the establishments certified with these systems and monitoring the audits of the same.
• Monitoring customer satisfaction (external/internal) at the chain level and taking action when deviations occur in any of the establishments.
• Promoting the TAV tool to be sold in the establishments and monitoring that the tool is completed.
• Making the organization aware of the actions carried out by the Quality and Development Department (updating the department's intranet, communicating the mission and objectives, presenting the H10 Quality project...)
• Supporting the management of internships.
• Supporting the Recruitment team.

• Education: Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration or related to the position
• Experience: 1-2 years of previous experience.
• Languages: Spanish and English, high level.
• Additional Training: Quality Management Systems.
• Availability to travel.

H10 Hotels precisa incorporar un/a Coordinador/a de Calidad y RRHH para trabajar en las Oficinas Centrales en Barcelona.

Las funciones principales a realizar serán:

• Preparacion de los hoteles (directores y mandos) en la implantación y mantenimiento del sistema H10 Quality.
• Implantación de los estandares definidos en los establecimientos.
• Trabajar junto con el Dpto de Operaciones y de Marketing para la definición de los estandares de la cadena.
• Realizacion de Consultorías internas donde se medir el nivel de cumplimiento de la implantación del Sistema de Gestion H10 Quality. (Marco documental, cumplimiento de estandares y comprobaciones físicas)
• Ayudar en la confección de un cuestionario de Auditoria para el Sistema H10 Quality. (cumplimiento de estándares + evaluación de la gestión según los parametros de la Guía Excelencia)
• Enseñar a elaborar y hacer seguimiento del PAC (Plan de Acciones Correctoras, informes de auditoria)
• Hacer seguimiento a los estándares definidos por las normativas ICTE y Biosphere, en los establecimientos certificados con estos sistemas y hacer seguimiento de las auditorías de los mismos.
• Hacer seguimiento a la Satisfacción del cliente externo/interno a nivel cadena y tomar acciones cuando se presenten desviaciones en alguno de los establecimientos.
• Fomentar la herramienta de TAV a vender en los establecimientos y hacer seguimiento de que se cumplimente la herramienta.
• Dar a conocer a la organización las acciones que realiza el departamento de Calidad y Desarrollo (actualización de la intranet del departamento, comunicación de misión y objetivos, presentación del proyecto H10 Quality...)
• Apoyo a la gestión de practicas.
• Apoyo al equipo de Reclutamiento.

• Formación: Dirección Hotelera, Turismo, ADE o relacionada con la posición
• Experiencia: 1-2 años de experiencia previa.
• Idiomas: Castellano e Inglés, nivel alto.
• Formación Complementaria: Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad.
• Disponibilidad para viajar.
