About the role

H10 Hotels needs to hire a Quality and HR Coordinator to work at the Central Offices in Barcelona.

What you'll do

The main tasks to be performed will be:

  • Preparing the hotels (directors and managers) for the implementation and maintenance of the H10 Quality system.
  • Implementing the standards defined in the establishments.
  • Working with the Operations and Marketing Departments to define the chain's standards.
  • Conducting internal consultations to measure the level of compliance with the implementation of the H10 Quality Management System. (Documentary framework, compliance with standards and physical checks)
  • Assisting in the creation of an Audit Questionnaire for the H10 Quality System. (Compliance with standards + evaluation of management according to the Excellence Guide parameters)
  • Teaching how to create and monitor the PAC (Corrective Action Plan, audit reports)
  • Monitoring the standards defined by the ICTE and Biosphere regulations in the establishments certified with these systems and monitoring the audits of the same.
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction (external/internal) at the chain level and taking action when deviations occur in any of the establishments.
  • Promoting the TAV tool to be sold in the establishments and monitoring that the tool is completed.
  • Making the organization aware of the actions carried out by the Quality and Development Department (updating the department's intranet, communicating the mission and objectives, presenting the H10 Quality project...)
