What we're looking for

  • We are looking for students in their final year of Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism or similar, who learn with us and leave their mark.
  • GenZ to the core! Use of Instagram and TikTok beyond user level.
  • A very high level of English will be necessary, and you must be able to write, communicate, and deal with colleagues at a top level.
  • That you have a huge desire to learn, develop, contribute, and relate to an amazing team.
  • You must be in a position to carry out internships through your educational center.
  • Have availability to start in June 2026.

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Trainee to join our Marketing team in Madrid. Your mission will be to keep us on trend. We need someone who lives connected to what is happening:

  • Who knows who is who in the Gen Z universe.
  • Who has a finely tuned radar to detect brands, creators, and profiles with a style that fits the Hawkers DNA.
  • Who proposes ideas for collaborations, campaigns, and references that are aligned with our community and our vision.
  • Who has a good eye for aesthetics, trends, and what is cooking on social media.
  • We are not just looking for you to follow trends; we want you to understand them and know how to adapt them to our universe.
