About the role

At TBWA-DDB Madrid we are looking for an Influence Strategist. A dynamic, creative profile, deeply connected to trends and social culture, capable of transforming insights into relevant ideas for brands. What you'll do

  • Manage scouting, selection, and negotiation with influencers and content creators, aligning each collaboration with the client's objectives.
  • Design and implement influencer marketing strategies integrated into 360º campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with influencers and agencies, including briefings, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Identify and anticipate trends on social media (TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, YouTube, etc.) and apply them strategically to campaigns.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance through KPIs.
  • Prepare reports and present results with actionable insights.
