You have more than one year of experience in development and you have a real appetite for run, reliability, and quality of service, not just for new features. You are a generalist and you quickly find your way around code you did not write. Experience in TMA or an ESN is a plus, not an obligation.
What matters above all is your ability to quickly understand an existing codebase and make it more reliable.
Mastery of a language or framework: PHP/Symfony, Node.js, Python, or React, for example.
GitHub and CI/CD: you deliver cleanly and securely.
Monitoring: Sentry, structured logs, alerting.
Application security: CVE monitoring, dependency and framework updates.
Automated testing: non-regression, smoke tests.
Docker and Nginx.
AI-assisted development (mandatory): you have practical experience, ideally with Claude, and a critical eye on what the AI produces.
Ticketing tools: Jira or equivalent.
Composure: you remain calm and methodical when a P1 occurs.
Rigor: you document what you do and leave a clear history.
Pedagogy: you know how to explain an incident or a requalification to a client, simply.
Product sense: you identify pain points and propose improvements.
This position is for someone who believes that good run operations build a product's reputation: platforms that hold up, informed clients, and incidents that do not recur. It is a demanding role, requiring technical rigor, a true sense of service, and an use of AI that is both ambitious and lucid.

Experience in TMA, an ESN, or an agency
Initial experience with multi-agent workflows
A role with impact: You keep platforms used every day by our clients running, and you help them progress.
A new way of working: You work at the heart of a multi-agent TMA architecture, with Claude as an everyday tool.
Variety of projects: You work on several client projects in parallel, with different stacks and industries.
Autonomy and responsibility: You are the client's direct technical contact and you carry the quality of service for your projects.
A human-sized team: You join a team of 3 people, in a company of more than 80 employees.
We are looking for a Product Engineer TMA / Run to join the Technical Value B.U., within a team of 3 people.
With us, maintenance is not a necessary evil: it is where our customers' trust is won. As a Product Engineer, you are the guarantor of the continuity and quality of our customers' platforms: you handle incidents within deadlines, you prevent the next ones, and you advance the product, relying on AI without ever letting it have the last word.
You handle tickets while respecting response times.
You confirm or requalify the priority, and you differentiate between a bug and an evolution request.
You reproduce the problem and seek out the missing information from the client.
You manage critical incidents with a dated resolution plan.
You deliver your fixes via CI/CD and you notify the client before and after each deployment.
You implement small evolutions for the Express catalog within 48h.
You are in a continuous improvement process; every priority becomes a test, an alert, or a rule: the goal is that the same incident does not recur.
You monitor CVEs, update dependencies, and upgrade framework versions in small, regular steps.
You add structured logs and alerts, and you maintain non-regression tests and smoke tests.
You contribute to security and compliance topics (SOC audits, HTTP hardening...) and you propose quick wins.
You take over existing projects: moving to Git, infrastructure mapping, securing secrets and CI/CD.
You keep technical and functional documentation as well as runbooks up to date, so that a developer can be operational in half a day.
You use Claude to map code and you work within our multi-agent TMA architecture (PO, Dev, Tech Lead agents).
You write tickets that are actionable by AI agents, and you review everything they produce before merging.
You verify every qualification, estimation, or fix proposed by the AI before committing to the client, and you understand every fix you deliver.
You respect usage rules: AI never accesses business or client data.
You are the client's direct technical interlocutor and you shoulder their level 1 support.
You explain a requalification or the root cause of an incident with calmness and pedagogy.
You contribute to monthly reporting and the preparation of steering committees.
