Hello Pomelo is a tech ESN that works in agency mode: our project teams, built to measure, work from our offices for one or several clients at a time. Our fields: web and mobile development, DevOps, e-commerce, ERP and PIM, and data. We are present in Barcelona, where our hub is located, as well as in Paris, Nantes, Bordeaux, and Marseille.
You are joining the TMA (third-party application maintenance) team of our Tech BU in Barcelona. TMA is everything that keeps an application alive after its launch: we fix it, we secure it, and we evolve it. With us, it is a structured, technical, and highly automated environment, and the best gateway to learn the trade.
What you'll do
fix bugs on web applications in production;
ensure the preventive maintenance of the applications under the team's responsibility;
perform version upgrades;
fix security vulnerabilities;
occasionally lend a hand on other projects, in both development and maintenance.
You will work under the supervision of a lead, who will support you daily. You do not have to manage client relationships: you focus on the technical side.
