About this Position What you´ll do Define the global marketplace strategy across pure-players marketplaces and owned platforms, translating eCommerce priorities into clear regional focus and growth levers Establish go-live criteria, success metrics, best practices and scalable playbooks for new platforms and portfolio launches Incubate new eCommerce initiatives by coordinating setup, enabling regional teams and preparing structured handover process Govern global eCommerce standards across content quality, execution excellence and marketing investment performance Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across platforms, markets and customer segments Act as global counterpart for strategic eCommerce partners, ensuring commercial alignment, consistent platform engagement and cross-functional execution Strengthen digital shelf excellence, brand protection, search visibility and AI/GEO-ready product content across the marketplace and owned-platform customer journeys
