Do you have experience related to accounting, account reconciliation, and financial information control?

We are looking for a Reconciliations Administrator to join the Portfolio Administration team with a temporary contract of around 6 months.

Degree in Business Administration and Management, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
Experience of between 2 and 4 years in positions related to bank reconciliations, accounting, auditing, or financial reporting.
Solid knowledge of accounting and account analysis.
Advanced level of Excel.
Analytical, organized person with great attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously and with a results orientation.
Open, collaborative profile with a proactive attitude.

The role

PA Accounts Reconciliation & Reporting

The Portfolio Administration department is responsible for performing the recording of entries in the investment funds' bank accounts and controlling the entire expense circuit related to the management of the various asset portfolios.

Likewise, it ensures the correct execution of administrative, accounting, and payment processes, guaranteeing the reliability of financial information and compliance with internal and regulatory procedures.

You will join a team in charge of managing account reconciliations and preparing financial reports for the various asset portfolios.

What you'll do

Perform bank reconciliations and accounting reconciliations for assigned portfolios.
Analyze and regularize reconciling items and detected differences.
Record accounting adjustments in internal systems.
Participate and collaborate in audit processes and accounting reviews.
Prepare financial and reconciliation reports.
Keep documentation and supports associated with reconciliations up to date.
Guarantee compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations.
