At Hola Consultores we are looking for a Documentalist / Librarian, with at least 10 years of experience, who wants to be part of a project with a strong impact in the scientific, cultural, and educational fields.

 What you will do:

• Process and manage bibliographic and archival collections.
• Review and validate processes carried out by external collaborators.
• Handle internal inquiries (management, departments, exhibitions, events) and external ones (researchers).
• Prepare reports, memos, and project proposals.
• Support the preparation of content for the web, exhibitions, or publications.
• Identify and acquire collections through auctions or other methods.

 What we are looking for:

• University degree (preferably in the Humanities: History, Philology, etc.).
• Training or experience in documentation (master's degrees, courses, or professional background).
• Proficiency in internet use, digital tools, and AI applications.
• (Preferred) Knowledge of databases, digital asset management, and document processing.
  Interest in the contemporary Spanish cultural scene: Institución Libre de Enseñanza, Residencia de Estudiantes, historical avant-gardes...
  Social skills to interact with researchers and other institutions.
• Creativity and excellent written communication skills.
• English B2-C1
