The role
Are you passionate about user-centered design and love creating intuitive and attractive digital experiences? We are looking for a UX/UI Product Designer with solid knowledge of Figma to join our dynamic and growing team!
What you'll do
- Design modern and attractive user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a smooth and intuitive experience.
- Develop wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive designs using Figma.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (development, product, marketing) to align design requirements with business objectives and user needs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply insights to improve interfaces and the user experience.
- Maintain and improve the company's design system, ensuring consistency across all products.
- Create and deliver detailed design specifications to development teams.
- Ensure that all designed products are inclusive and accessible to all users.
Requirements
- Proven experience of 4 years in UX/UI Product Design.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, with demonstrated experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
- Experience in creating user-centered digital products.
- Deep knowledge of visual design principles, typography, color, and responsive design.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience with agile work methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
- Good communication skills to present ideas and designs to teams and clients.
- Knowledge of complementary tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Illustrator is a plus.
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Availability to travel outside Spain.
