BARCELONA ↠We are looking for Scrum Master profiles

• Promote the implementation of agile methodologies, ensuring a good work environment and a self-organized team.
• Will help the Product Owner prepare a well-designed, refined, and prioritized backlog.
• Will help the development team by facilitating Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews sessions.
• Will be responsible for tracking the metrics defined in the project, as well as identifying areas for improvement.
• Promote the values of self-organization within the team.
• Help the team resolve impediments, as well as create a safe and trusting environment where problems can be brought to the table without fear of being blamed or judged, with an emphasis on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
• Implement practices that promote communication and improve decision-making and conflict resolution.
• Support the team with communication, both internal and external, as well as improve transparency.

Requirements:

+ 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, applying principles and practices as a Scrum Master
