LOCATION: BARCELONA

We are looking for an IT Specialist to manage and support the critical computer systems that support ground operations, aeronautical maintenance and operational safety.

The selected candidate will work cross-functionally with Ground Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Safety teams, ensuring operational continuity, system reliability and regulatory compliance, as well as leading improvement initiatives and IT projects from start to finish.

• Implement and manage IT systems for Ground Ops, Maintenance and Safety.
• Provide advanced support (level 3) for critical applications.
• Coordinate updates, maintenance and deployments with suppliers.
• Lead IT projects and manage functional changes.
• Translate operational needs into technical requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and systems.

• Degree in Computer Engineering or similar field.
• At least 3 years of experience as an IT Specialist (aeronautical sector highly valued).
• Experience with Ground Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Safety teams.
• Knowledge of systems such as DCS, AMOS, AIMS, Safety/Quality and ACARS/Type B.
• Analytical skills, service orientation and ability to work in multidisciplinary environments.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
