We are looking for a person with a desire to learn, initiative, and great organizational capacity to join our Operations team and help us ensure our clients' mortgage operations move forward from start to finish.

We are not necessarily looking for previous experience in banking or mortgages. Above all, we are looking for someone resolute, organized, and with attitude, who enjoys seeing things progress and is not afraid to take on a problem and find a way to solve it.

You will be part of the Bank Operations team and will have a key role in following up on our clients' operations.

Among other things:

• Request and claim offers from the different banks we work with.
• Send and manage our clients' operations with the various banking entities.
• Actively follow up on each operation to ensure it progresses until signing.
• Identify and resolve problems or blockages that may arise during the process.
• Coordinate with banks to achieve the best possible evolution for each operation.
• Mediate between our clients and the banking entities when necessary.
• Keep operation information updated and organized.
• Work transversally with the Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams.
• Propose improvements in processes and ways of working as you get to know the business.

Ultimately, your goal will be to ensure that operations do not stall and reach a successful conclusion: the signing of our clients' mortgages.
