The Essentials: What You Will Drive, Build, and Lead

We are looking for a real estate photographer to join our Operations team in Spain. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the visual content for the properties we market: from the photo and video shoot at the property, through editing and adaptation to our brand standards, to the publication of the material on real estate portals, within the timelines required by the market.

We work with all types of properties - from standard housing to luxury properties - so we need someone capable of adapting their technical and aesthetic approach according to the typology of each property, always maintaining a world-class level of quality.

This is a role involving direct and constant interaction with owners and collaborating real estate agents during every session, so we are looking for a profile that combines technical excellence with a high level of professionalism and assertive communication: you don't just produce the content, you also represent the brand to the client during every visit.

• Execute professional photography and video sessions in residential properties, adapting technique, lighting, and composition whether dealing with a standard home or a luxury property.
• Capture virtual tours with Matterport and generate the floor plans associated with each property.
• Ensure visual consistency and technical quality in every delivery, following a "less is more" criterion when the property requires it and a higher level of production when the property justifies it.
• Edit photographic and audiovisual material ensuring coherence with the company's brand guidelines (color, framing, retouching, format).
• Maintain an efficient editing workflow that allows for meeting committed delivery times.
• Publish the final content on the various marketing portals and channels within the timelines defined by the Operations team.
• Coordinate efforts with the property acquisition and publication teams to ensure that the material arrives complete, correctly tagged, and ready to go to market without rework.
• Autonomy to manage your own session schedule and meet tight deadlines without constant supervision.
• Aesthetic eye and attention to detail, with your own judgment to make creative decisions within a brand guide.
• Good communication with sales and operations teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve unforeseen issues on the ground.
• Comfort working with high volume (multiple properties per week) without sacrificing quality.
• Direct and professional interaction with owners and collaborating real estate agents: the role involves face-to-face contact with clients during every session, so assertive, approachable, and professional communication is essential to represent the brand well during each visit - this is not an isolated production role, but a client-facing one.
