• Minimum of 5 years of experience in installation companies, engineering firms, or construction companies.

The role

At IDDTEK, we are looking to incorporate an engineer into our Quality and Technical Management unit to participate in the integral management of technical tenders, from the analysis of specifications and technical documentation to the preparation and presentation of offers. The selected person will be responsible for the integral development of technical projects, from the definition and design of solutions to their validation and commissioning, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality standards, costs, and established deadlines.

The selected person will perform the following functions within the team:

• Integrally manage technical tenders, from the analysis of specifications and technical documentation to the preparation and presentation of offers.

• Study and interpret technical specifications, requirements, and contracting requirements.

• Prepare technical reports, solution proposals, measurements, assessments, and necessary documentation for tenders.

• Perform technical and economic studies of HVAC installations and industrial thermal systems.

• Dimension and define technical solutions for industrial installations.

• Coordinate with the technical office, purchasing, production, and subcontractors for the preparation of offers.

• Monitor and assess business opportunities, as well as provide technical support during the execution phase of awarded projects.

• Maintain relationships with clients, engineering firms, organizations, and suppliers during the tendering process.
