Requirements

What we're looking for

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

University degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Caminos), Architecture, Technical Architecture, or similar.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in public tenders within the construction sector.
Knowledge of the Public Sector Contracts Law and public procurement platforms.
Experience in preparing bids for civil engineering, urban development, parking, or infrastructure projects.
Technical and economic analysis capacity.
Advanced level of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Nice to have

Valuable experience with budgeting and works planning tools.

The role

We are looking for a Tendering Technician to join the construction sector. The selected person will be responsible for managing and coordinating tendering projects

What you'll do

Identification and monitoring of public procurement opportunities.
Analysis of administrative and technical specifications.
Preparation and coordination of the documentation necessary for the submission of tenders.
Preparation of technical reports and supporting documentation.
Coordination with the technical, economic, and legal departments for the preparation of bids.
Study of costs, measurements, budgets, and works planning.
Management of clarifications, requirements, and corrections during the tendering processes.
Monitoring of contract awards and maintenance of tender databases.
Relationship with public bodies, administrations, and tendering entities.
