Requirements

What we're looking for

Chemical engineering
Minimum 5 years experience in similar roles.
Proficiency in the Aspen-HYSYS process simulation program.
Basic proficiency in AUTOCAD.
High English level. Minimum B2.

Nice to have

Experience in Heat Exchanger Design (HTRI) will be valued.

We are currently looking for PROCESS ENGINEER for our ENGINEERING area who wants to join our team at our offices in MADRID Are you in?

What you'll do

Calculation and Design of industrial plants in the Oil&Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Fertilizer, and Food/Pharmaceutical Industry sectors.
Execution of Basic Engineering for new production processes as well as modifications/improvements to existing production processes.
Execution of Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and mass and energy balances for Process and Utilities units.
Execution and design of Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) for Process and Utilities units.
Execution of hydraulic calculations for lines and pumps.
Sizing of Equipment and preparation of data sheets.
Preparation of data sheets for instruments and control valves (Process requirements).
Sizing of Safety Valve discharge systems.
Execution of purchase specifications for Equipment, analysis of Offers, and checking of supplier documentation.

Additionally:

Participation/collaboration with other discipline technicians.
Coordination with the rest of the disciplines in projects carried out by the company.
