Education

• Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial projects, preferably in chemical plants, refining, petrochemicals, or process facilities.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in plants built or operating under Repsol, SK, or equivalent specifications.
• Advanced computer skills at a user level, especially Microsoft 365.

• PMP accreditation, ISO 21500, or demonstrable experience in integral projects across all their phases will be valued.
• Experience in advanced Excel, Power BI, SAP, MS Project, Therefore, OpenPlant, AutoCAD, Navisworks, MicroStation, or other applicable tools will be valued. Knowledge of AI tools.

Currently, we are looking for a PMC COORDINATOR to join a major company in the industrial sector, in Cartagena.

• Direct, coordinate, and control the design, engineering development, construction, planning, and investment budgeting in accordance with the established guidelines.
• Collaborate in the preparation of the annual investment budget and control its execution.
• Manage and plan the available resources for project execution, meeting budget and objectives.
• Ensure that project objectives are defined according to needs, quality, safety, and the environment.
• Coordinate the PMC team so that they work according to procedures, priorities, and instructions.
• Integrate information regarding costs, budgets, disbursement plans, and status reports.
• Manage IRA/PSSR/MOC/HAZOP/SIL actions and generate a monthly follow-up report.
• Generate KPIs for the PMC service, detailed engineering, and construction contracts.
• Perform functions typical of a project engineer when necessary.
• Coordinate legalizations, licenses, DRUB, industry procedures, RD1627, and health and safety when applicable.
• Coordinate the completion of as-builts and the documentary closure of investments.
• Manage and resolve shortcomings in new projects and legacy projects.
• Study and understand the legal procedures necessary for investments during the investment study phase, and coordinate their legalization at the necessary moments for each of the legalizations to be carried out.
• Implementation of the SIP procedure for the evaluation of personnel with plant access in assembly contractors.
• Advise and collaborate with departments other than investments or in interdisciplinary working groups, addressing the resolution of technical problems by applying the content of regulations, standards, and technical specifications.
• Optimize the management of the EDMS, ensuring that technical documentation is in good condition, updated, and accessible to anyone who may need to consult it. Likewise, you are responsible for ensuring the integration of the generated documentation into the information and document management systems.
• Coordinate and control activities related to the management of budgets and costs of the investment plan.
• If necessary, attendance at FAT tests for the verification of the purchase of equipment or a system. If the FAT tests were in locations that made travel other than a round trip on the same day necessary, the resulting expenses would be considered Reimbursable Expenses separate from the service, with the corresponding justifications (hotel invoice, per diems, etc.).
