AI Engineer

• Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or similar.
• Master's degree related to the subject. Having a PhD in computer science or similar will be positively valued.
• Knowledge, specific training in artificial intelligence and data analysis.
  Good communication skills in English.
• Important knowledge and skills in Python programming and mastery of advanced data analysis libraries. Experience in programming languages such as R/Java/Go will be valued.
• Experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning, including design, training, and deployment of models.
• Ability to develop ML and AI algorithms and handling of frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or SciKit-learn.
• Knowledge in multimodal learning, foundation models, federated or incremental learning, and explainable AI techniques.
• Knowledge of container-based architectures (Docker) and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google) will be valued.
• Design and development of ML workflows (MLflow, Airflow).
• Preparation and execution of integration and validation tests for machine learning-based systems.

• Design and develop Artificial Intelligence and data analysis solutions in industrial environments, from data processing and modeling to integration into production systems.
• Ability to select the best AI and Machine Learning technique or combination of techniques, both traditional (classic ML, advanced statistics) and emerging (deep learning, foundation models, multimodal or generative learning), to solve complex real-world problems.

• Implement reusable components, libraries, and frameworks considering a development lifecycle oriented toward testing and validation.

• Explore, adapt, and integrate new AI paradigms, such as federated learning, incremental learning, open-world models, or explainable AI into projects.
• Plan and execute integration and validation plans for software components.
• Collaborate and participate in multidisciplinary project groups.
• Contribute to the team's technological innovation, researching and evaluating new tools, frameworks, and state-of-the-art models, participating in R&D projects, publications, or collaborations with technological partners.
• Develop innovative prototypes to demonstrate the team's capabilities, integrating acquired technologies and knowledge.
• Manage projects with clients, determining their needs and proposing concrete solutions to their problems.
