The role

You will be part of the Continuous Improvement team at IKERLAN. In our center, innovation occurs not only in the laboratories, but also in the way we organize ourselves. You will be in a transversal area where we design and deploy the solutions that ensure excellence in quality, information security, and innovation management. Your role will be fundamental to integrating these systems, reinforcing regulatory compliance in OSH, sustainability, and data protection.

What you'll do

Technical support in Management Systems: You will actively collaborate in the maintenance and improvement of ISO 9001, 27001, and 56001 systems.
Documentary management and updating: You will participate in the preparation of procedures and instructions, ensuring that documentation is clear and up to date.
Support in audits and compliance: You will assist in the preparation of audits and in the follow-up of the action plans derived from them.
Transversal coordination: You will provide support in the integration of OSH, Sustainability, and GDPR requirements, avoiding duplications in processes.
Operational facilitation: You will collaborate with the different areas in the analysis of indicators and in the implementation of continuous improvement actions.
