The role

Drive IKERLAN's business development, strengthening our relationships with companies, identifying new market opportunities, and contributing to the valorization of technologies and strategic assets through exploitation agreements, technology transfer, and the promotion of new startups and technological ventures.

You will be a key figure in the connection between technology, market, and business.

What you'll do

Participate in the definition and deployment of IKERLAN's Commercial Plan.
Identify new business opportunities, primarily in national markets.
Capture, develop, and build loyalty in relationships with strategic companies and organizations (associations, clusters, etc.).
Design and drive initiatives for diversification and the opening of new markets.
Define exploitation models and transfer strategies.
Participate in the creation and strengthening of startups based on technology developed at IKERLAN.
Collaborate in technological valorization processes, business model development, and the search for partners and investors.
Negotiate collaboration agreements, technological contracts, and cooperation frameworks.
Maintain direct dialogue with innovation directorates and technological managers of leading companies.

Train and support technical teams and project managers in commercial and transfer activities within IKERLAN.
