The role

We are looking for a railway services Assistant / Customer Service Agent in Girona (M/F)

What you'll do

Provide information to travelers and monitor the facilities.
Carry out station opening and closing, if necessary during the service hours.
Provide information about station services and intermodal connections, signage, etc.
After-sales service: complaints, claims, suggestions, lost and found.
Accessibility, assistance for people with reduced mobility, according to the required guidelines.
Management of passenger accidents at the station: assistance, reports.
Support in the event of railway accidents and incidents.
Activation of the emergency protection plans when required, in the manner established therein.

How you'll work

From Monday to Sunday on rotating shifts (with the corresponding rest days)
Working hours 30H: 05:15 to 14:30 / 14:30 to 23:45 or last train arrival.
4 working days and 2 rest days
