Requirements

What we're looking for

Requirements: Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Electricity, Electronics, or similar. Office. Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) is valued. Disability certificate ≥33%. Driver's license B and own vehicle.

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in industrial maintenance. Experience in production plants and coordination of teams or contractors is valued.

Knowledge: Industrial electricity, electromechanics, industrial mechanics, and/or basic automation.

Competencies: Organization, planning, problem-solving, teamwork, initiative, and proactivity.

The role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for an industrial plant. Depending on the Plant Manager, they will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring the availability of equipment and facilities.

What you'll do

Functions: Coordinate preventive/corrective maintenance; plan interventions with Production; resolve technical incidents; supervise external companies; monitor indicators; participate in improvements to facilities and equipment; collaborate in safety, quality, and environment; manage documentation and records.
