What we're looking for

Vocational Training (Grado Medio) or equivalent in Maintenance.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar maintenance positions, preferably in industrial environments or companies in the food sector.
Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Knowledge of electronic systems.
Knowledge of industrial refrigeration.
Ability to diagnose and resolve breakdowns autonomously.
Manual dexterity and accustomed to physical work.
Schedule availability.

Nice to have

Specialization in electronics, mechanics, or industrial refrigeration.
Experience in maintenance of industrial machinery and facilities.
Knowledge and use of maintenance management software (CMMS), especially MicroMain.
Basic knowledge of office software.

At Grupo Rodilla, we are looking to hire an Industrial Maintenance Technician for our factory team.

We are looking for a person with experience in industrial maintenance, especially in production machinery and facilities, who has the ability to diagnose and resolve breakdowns, perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, and contribute to the proper functioning of our facilities.

What you'll do

Perform preventive maintenance interventions following the established plan.
Execute corrective maintenance tasks and repair machinery, equipment, and factory facilities.
Detect, diagnose, and resolve breakdowns in the various equipment and facilities.
Supervise the operation of machinery to guarantee its availability and correct performance.
Identify improvement opportunities and propose alternatives to optimize the operation of machinery and facilities.
Control the materials used and collaborate in the correct management of spare parts stock.
Ensure the good condition of equipment and facilities, complying with safety and quality standards.
