What you'll do

As a Customer Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving the balance between excellent customer management and budget compliance for textile purchases.

- Customer service and incident management.
- Clothing inventories: Plan, perform, and monitor inventory results; determine purchases with the support of the textile manager and the validation of the plant manager.
- Client implementations and follow-up.
- Administrative management: Maintenance and monitoring of existing customer files; perform the necessary procedures to register items in SAP, as well as prepare the refinement of the offer, and maintain permanent contact with the purchasing and finance departments.
- Control of the main computer applications applied to your position: SAP, SALES FORCE, CONTROL DE EXPEDICIÓN, POWER BI.
