The role

Do you have experience as a Maintenance Skilled Tradesperson? Do you have a valid disability certificate of 33% or higher? If so, we are looking for you at Fundación Randstad!

What you'll do

Perform masonry, painting, carpentry, etc. work that is necessary for the maintenance of the facilities or the building.

Control and supervise all the center's facilities (high and low voltage, machinery, etc.).

Keep and safeguard the maintenance logs, instruction manuals, visitor logs established by current legislation, or those that may be established in the future. Note the operations carried out in the facilities and review those executed by personnel from companies external to the center.

Requirements

Valid disability certificate equal to or greater than 33%

Training in Legionella Prevention.

Solid knowledge and experience in maintenance, electricity, and plumbing.

Valuable:

FPII studies (Vocational Training) in Electromechanics.

Complementary training in electricity, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, masonry, and/or carpentry.

Key Skills

Empathy and care orientation.

Multidisciplinary teamwork.

Flexibility and adaptation to different situations.

Communication skills with residents and family

Schedule from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 with one hour for lunch, or from 10:00 to 19:00.
