The role
Front desk administrative receptionist with English (M/F/D) WITH DISABILITY / INCAPACITY
Location: Calle Severo Ochoa, 28230 Las Rozas de Madrid, Madrid.
What you'll do
- Reception of visitors and new employees, management of parking and meeting room bookings, transport requests, restaurant reservations, management of courier and mail, etc.
- Call management.
- Search and approval of suppliers, request for quotes, receipt of invoices, processing them for payment, etc.
- Support in event management: Room setup, catering ordering and setup, preparation of material required for the event, etc.
- Administrative support to all areas of the organization (People, Marketing, Approvals, Purchasing, etc.)
