The role
What you'll do
- Supervision of renovation projects in the chain's hotels.
- Planning of works in coordination with the hotel operations team.
- Coordination of the different work teams: Project Managers hired in the various geographical areas, architecture firms, and local councils for requesting permits.
- Document management and regulatory compliance.
- Financial management.
- Monitoring of works and quality control.
- Preparation of reports for the Technical Director.
- Standardization of processes
