Schedule from Monday to Thursday with entry from 8 to 9 and exit from 17:30 to 18:30, and on Fridays entry from 8 to 14h or from 9 to 15h. In Summer they have an intensive workday from 8 to 15h.
They are going to implement one day of teleworking per week.

The role

We need to hire a Project Manager (m/f/d) to work for a company located in Central Madrid that has more than 20 years of experience and has participated in many projects related to museums, temporary exhibitions, and cultural spaces.

and coordination of architectural, interior design, and signage projects.

What you'll do

The person joining as Project Manager (m/f/d) will perform the following functions:

Preparation of the construction budget
Control of costs and budget margin
Requesting quotes from suppliers
Coordination of trades
Control of times and quality in supplies
Control of times and quality during execution
Preventive resource
OHS compliance
Liaison with the client
Correct segregation of waste generated by their activity
Planimetric analysis of the project and tender specifications
Technical development of plans
Implementation of orders with suppliers
Sending plans to suppliers, workshop visits, and monitoring of quality and deadlines
Preparation of reports and planimetry for tenders
Coordination of assembly contractors

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The person joining as Project Manager (m/f/d) must meet the following requirements:

Degree: Architect or Technical Architect.
Other degrees (Valuable): Master's in Museography, ephemeral architecture, or similar.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar position.
Must have a valid driver's license (active driver).
Must have the possibility to travel to another city to work for 3-4 weeks.
Expert user of AutoCAD, 3D Max or similar, Adobe, Office suite.
User of Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
Intermediate level of spoken and written English.
