Requirements

What we're looking for

• Academic Training: Higher Vocational Training (F.P. Técnico Grado Superior), preferably in Installations.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a building and facilities maintenance position with knowledge of electricity, pressure groups, boilers, water treatment, swimming pool maintenance, HVAC, WIFI networks, office automation, and audiovisual media.

• RITE License. Legionella license. Pool training.

• Training or knowledge in control - BMS (home automation). KNX and DALI protocols.

• Knowledge of network structure and management.

• Good digital skills and office automation tools. Report management.

• Team management. Intermediate - high English. B1-B2.

• Possession of a Disability Certificate of 33% or higher is highly valued.

Hand in hand with Ilunion Hotels, you will be able to be part of the Maintenance team at our ILUNION Málaga hotel. Your main functions will be:

• Execute work orders derived from the preventive, legal technical, and hygienic-sanitary maintenance plans designed by the department manager.

• Attend to customers regarding possible incidents with heating, lighting, telephony, plumbing, etc.... services that may arise during their stay at the hotel.

• Prepare and set up function rooms (wall paneling, audiovisual devices, equipment installation, etc.)
