The role

From the IMAN Temporing Donostia office, we are looking for an Accounting and Human Resources Administrator for a company located in the area, with the aim of providing support in financial management, accounting, and personnel administration tasks.

What you'll do

Financial and accounting management

Recording of accounting entries and support in general accounting.

Reconciliation of invoices and bank accounts.

Management, planning, and monitoring of payments to suppliers and creditors.

Treasury control and management of bank remittances.

Support in monthly closing processes.

Personnel administration and OSH

Daily control of attendance, schedules, absences, delays, and clock-in incidents.

Management, recording, and monitoring of the staff vacation calendar.

Control of personal protective equipment (PPE) stock.

Management of PPE delivery, documentary recording, and expiry control.
