- Vocational Training (FP II) in Administration or related higher studies
- Minimum 2 years in similar positions (real estate or construction sector valued)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel
- Experience with ERP (Prinex, Sage, Contaplus, or others valued)
- Basic-intermediate English level

We are looking for an Accounting Administrative Assistant to join the finance department of a major company located in Madrid.
What you'll do
- Management of financial and budgetary accounting
- Recording of supplier invoicing
- Bank reconciliations and recording of movements
- Preparation of accruals, depreciation, and provisions
- Support in tax obligations (VAT, IRPF)
- Preparation of documentation for external audits
- Management of documentary archives (physical and digital)
- Preparation of commercial documentation (annual accounts, books, etc.)
- Other administrative tasks specific to the area
How you'll work
- 3-month temporary contract via ETT + possibility of joining the permanent staff.
- Full-time schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 14:00 / 15:00 – 18:00
- Friday: 08:30 – 14:30
- Salary: 25,494.89
- Immediate start.
