We are looking for an Accounting Administrative Officer to join the finance department of a major company located in Madrid.

What you'll do

  • Management of financial and budgetary accounting
  • Recording of supplier invoicing
  • Bank reconciliations and posting of transactions
  • Preparation of accruals, depreciation and provisions
  • Support with tax obligations (VAT, income tax)
  • Preparation of documentation for external audits
  • Management of document filing (physical and digital)
  • Preparation of corporate documentation (annual accounts, books, etc.)
  • Other administrative tasks specific to the area

How you'll work

  • Temporary contract of 3 months through a staffing agency + possibility of moving to the permanent payroll.
