Requirements

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in the insurance sector.

- Education: High school diploma or vocational training

- Excellent communication, empathy,

- Location (residence near the job offered). Due to the split shift, it is convenient to reside near the job location.

- Immediate incorporation.

What you'll get

- Temporary contract of 4 months through a temporary employment agency with the possibility of subsequent transfer to the permanent staff with an indefinite contract

- Salary 18,000 € gross/year. Once incorporated into the staff, there will also be variable incentives for achieving objectives (approx. 400 €/month) and interesting social benefits (travel, events, etc.)

- Working hours from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. In August, morning intensive hours

Iman Temporing Madrid is selecting for an important exclusive agency in the insurance sector with a location in Madrid (network of 18 offices), a commercial administrative assistant with experience in the sector for an agency located in Madrid (Vallecas area).

What you'll do

- Consultative sales and customer service: Identify and resolve customer needs by selling insurance products.

- Administrative management: Organization of daily documentation, resolution of incidents.

- Maintenance of the database
