Vocational Training in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or Economics.

Demonstrable accounting knowledge.

Must have your own vehicle to travel to the office (there is no good public transport connection).

Proficiency in the Office Suite, especially with Excel spreadsheets.

The role

From our Imán office in Alcalá de Henares, we need to recruit an Accounting Administrative Assistant for an important company in Daganzo. If you are a dynamic, agile, and proactive person with accounting experience, this is your opportunity.

What you'll do

Full accounting cycle: Recording and classifying accounting operations and preparing entries for invoices, banks, income, expenses, and provisions.

Control of customer and supplier invoicing and management of banks, collections, payments, and reconciliations.

Support in tax preparation and support to the Area Management in the preparation of closings and analysis of results.

Reporting and preparation of financial statements, costs, and accounts receivable reports.

Support for the rest of the tasks specific to the finance area.
