Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational training (FP) / Training cycle in Administration or similar.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative functions.
Intermediate level of Excel and good command of the Office package.
Person accustomed to working with computer tools and systems.
Valuable experience with Dynamics NAV.
Flexibility and ability to manage incidents in a dynamic environment.

We offer a position as a production administrative assistant for an important company located near Polinyà.

We are looking for a versatile, organized person with the ability to work in a dynamic environment, who can provide support to the production area and collaborate promptly with the purchasing department.

What you'll do

Management and coordination of manufacturing operations.
Preparation of daily production requirements and organization thereof together with the plant manager.
Management and follow-up of possible production incidents.
Collaboration with the purchasing department for the forecasting of standard products.
Stock control.
Management of entries for manufactured products.
Production control and preparation of statistics.
Learning and support in tasks related to purchasing.
