The role

At TEMPS, we are looking for a Logistics Administrator for a company located near Sant Sadurní d'Anoia.

What you'll do

  • Customer and supplier attention and follow-up.
  • Management and monitoring of purchase and sales orders.
  • Administrative support to Management, Logistics, and Production.
  • Incident resolution and coordination between departments.
  • Stock control, inventories, and production planning.
  • Management of material and supply purchases.
  • Organization of transport and delivery tracking.
  • Requesting and comparing supplier quotes.
  • Management of travel, accommodation, and general services.
  • Control and registration of PPE, work clothing, and other resources.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of English.
