What do we offer?
- Salary: 12.48 €/gross/hour
- Contract: Temporary through a staffing agency with the possibility of joining the permanent staff.
- Schedule: Full-time, from 09:00 to 17:30.
The role
At IMAN, we offer you the opportunity to be part of a company in the food sector, specializing in fresh products, located in Sant Boi de Llobregat. You will be a key piece providing support to the Administration and Accounting department, contributing to the correct functioning of the company's financial and administrative processes.
What you'll do
What duties will you perform?
- You will monitor customer collections.
- You will manage the accounting and tracking of staff travel expenses.
- You will carry out bank reconciliations.
- You will process payments to suppliers.
- You will record basic supplier invoices.
- You will support the rest of the administrative team in the department's daily tasks.
- You will collaborate in document and administrative management, ensuring the proper flow of information.
