What are we looking for?

* University degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or similar.

* Previous experience in Human Resources departments, in positions such as HR Specialist, HR Generalist, HR Technician, People Operations, or similar.

* Experience in administrative personnel management and labor documentation.

* Knowledge and/or experience in payroll process support.

* Good command of office tools, especially Excel.

* Organizational, planning skills, and attention to detail.

* Good communication skills and orientation toward the internal customer.

* Ability to work autonomously and, at the same time, collaborate with different people and areas.

* Previous experience in multinational companies or corporate environments is valued.

* A good level of English is valued. B2/C1

From IMAN Temporing, a company specializing in Human Resources, we are selecting an HR Specialist to join the Human Resources team at UL Spain, in its Viladecans (Barcelona) offices.

The joining will take place within the framework of a strategic business transformation project, which generates the need to temporarily reinforce the Human Resources department.

We are looking for a person with experience in the HR area who can provide support both to the department's usual processes and to different projects and initiatives that will be developed during this period.

What will you do in this role?

You will integrate into the Human Resources team at Unilever Spain, collaborating with different people in the department and providing support in areas such as:

* Management and updating of employee data and files, guaranteeing the accuracy and confidentiality of the information.

* Daily administrative support to the Human Resources team.

* Preparation, processing, and updating of documentation related to HR policies, procedures, and processes.

* Support in the different processes linked to the employee life cycle.

* Collaboration in compliance with labor regulations, internal policies, and Human Resources procedures.

* Support in processes related to payroll, collecting and verifying information on attendance, absences, leaves, and other incidents.

* Participation and support in different Human Resources projects and initiatives.

* Collaboration to guarantee the continuity and quality of the department's usual processes during the development of the project.

* Identification of improvement opportunities and support in the optimization of processes and ways of working.
