Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year as a warehouse assistant, preferably in regulated environments or with knowledge of Cleanrooms/sterile areas.
Basic forklift handling (counterbalance or pallet jack).
Basic knowledge of traceability, FIFO/FEFO, and batch controls.
Handling of SAP, Sage X3, Dynamics, or other advanced WMS.

Key skills

Rigor in following warehouse protocols.
Physical stamina for active shifts.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Salary: €11.67 gross/hour.
Contract: 1-year temporary contract (high probability of permanent hiring).
Schedule:
Morning shift: Mon-Thu 7:00-15:00; Fri 8:00-14:00
Afternoon shift: Mon-Thu 14:30-22:30; Fri 13:30-19:30
Rotation every 15 days between shifts.

The role

From the IMAN Temporing office in Viladecans, we are selecting a Raw Materials Warehouse Operator, preferably with a disability, for a company in the cosmetic/pharmaceutical sector to work in a regulated industrial environment.

You will be part of a key team within the supply chain, guaranteeing the correct reception, storage, and traceability of raw materials in compliance with current regulations.

What you'll do

Reception and management of raw materials:

Reception, verification, and placement of raw materials.
Checking of delivery notes, labels, and manufacturing orders.
Control of associated documentation.

Traceability and stock control:

Batch management following FIFO/FEFO criteria.
Recording of movements in PDA or ERP system.
Preparation of raw materials for production.

Forklift operation:

Use of counterbalance and reach forklifts.
High-level placement and supply to production.

Regulatory compliance:

Working under quality standards (regulated environments, GMP).
Maintaining order and cleanliness in the warehouse.
Compliance with PNT/SOP and internal protocols.
