Requirements

What we're looking for

- Higher education in Business Administration, Law, Labor Relations, or similar

- Previous experience in payroll management and preparation.

- Interest and motivation to develop professionally in the payroll field.

- Knowledge and experience in Personnel Administration.

- English B2

- Knowledge of People Net and/or Workday tools is highly valued

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

- 6-month temporary contract with possibility of continuity

- Full-time 40-hour week from 8:30 to 18:00 Monday to Thursday, and intensive working day on Fridays. From June 15th to September 15th, working hours are 8:00 to 15:00.

- 50% Remote work

- Salary: €20,000 gross/year + Meal Allowance + Teleworking Allowance

- Management and monitoring of processes linked to Payroll: personnel movements, incidents, remuneration concepts, variables, and other related administrative tasks.

- Use of People Net (formerly Meta4) and Workday systems
