What we're looking for

The role

From our Bilbao office, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant for back office support within the export department, for a company distributing natural wellness products, located in Zamudio.

What you'll do

+ Ensuring the correct administrative and operational management of international clients,

+ Order processing

+ Coordination with logistics and production

+ Preparation of commercial and export documentation

+ Shipment tracking

+ Customer and distributor service

+ General support to the international commercial area.
