What we're looking for

- Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Organizational Engineering or similar.

- Previous experience in process engineering, design, or industrial environment.

- Proven experience in the design and/or development of tooling and manufacturing processes.

- Knowledge of continuous improvement and industrialization of new projects.

- Ability to interpret and create technical drawings.

- Knowledge of analysis and improvement of production processes.

- Good communication skills and ability to work in direct contact with production.

Nice to have

- Knowledge of FMEA, CMK, control plans, 6S, and continuous improvement.

- Experience in industrialization and qualification of new projects.

- Proficiency in design tools and CAD software.

- Knowledge of management systems and industrial tools.

- Experience in machinery start-up and production processes.

The role

We are looking for a Process and Industrial Design Engineer to join an important industrial company located in Constantí, where you will be part of a multidisciplinary technical team and actively participate in improving production processes, industrializing new projects, and designing tooling.

What you'll do

- Management and resolution of production, process, quality, and tooling incidents.

- Direct contact with Production to resolve incidents and implement improvements.

- Follow-up of internal and supplier action plans until closure.

- Design and improvement of production processes for new projects.

- Design, development, and review of tooling and technical drawings, especially for stamping, threading, furnaces, and gauges.

- Participation in the qualification and industrialization of new projects and machinery start-up.

- Improvement of series processes and products, as well as technical support to Production and Quality.

- Performance of process capability studies (CMK), quality controls, and improvement of control plans (IFU).

- Maintenance and updating of FMEA and definition of corrective and improvement actions.

- Compliance with 6S, Safety, Occupational Risk Prevention, and Environmental standards, as well as internal group procedures and tools.
