Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Process Engineering, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence positions within industrial environments; automotive experience is highly valued.
Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience in data analysis, KPI management, and problem-solving.

Nice to have

English skills valued.

The role

An important international industrial group, a leader in its sector, is looking to hire a Process and Continuous Improvement Engineer to reinforce its operations team. The position will play a key role in optimizing production processes, driving projects for efficiency, quality, productivity, and operational excellence.

What you'll do

Analyze and optimize production processes using Lean Manufacturing tools.
Identify improvement opportunities in efficiency, cycle times, waste, and productivity.
Implement Lean methodologies (5S, Kaizen, VSM, SMED, TPM, etc.).
Define and monitor operational and industrial performance KPIs.
Participate in the industrialization of new products while maintaining contact with machinery suppliers.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to ensure the implementation of improvements.
Standardize processes and operating procedures.
Participate in industrial automation and digitalization projects.
Follow up on action plans and ensure the achievement of expected results.
