Requirements

What we're looking for

Residency in the Poniente Almeriense area: Aguadulce, Roquetas de Mar, El Ejido, Vícar, La Mojonera, or surrounding areas.

Proficiency and fluency in the use of IT tools and management programs.

Good communication skills, customer orientation, and a commercial profile.

Compulsory Secondary Education / Baccalaureate or Vocational Training (Commerce and Marketing, Agricultural, or similar).

We are looking for someone with:

Telephone communication and persuasion skills.

Organizational capacity and attention to detail for information recording.

Proactivity, initiative, and dynamism.

Nice to have

Valid forklift license.

Phytosanitary product handler's license.

Previous knowledge or connection to the agricultural sector (through previous work experience or through family environment/tradition).

At Grupo IMAN, we are looking for an Agricultural Supplies Telephone Operator to join the sector.

You will join the team as a Telephone Operator, where you will be responsible for contacting the active customer portfolio to offer agricultural products and services, guaranteeing personalized attention and a correct record of commercial activity.

Your mission will be to maintain direct contact with the existing portfolio, detecting their needs, advising them on the best solutions in agricultural supplies, and managing orders in the company's computer programs.

What you'll do

Making calls to active customers to offer agricultural supply products and services.

Telephone commercial advisory and order management.

Recording and updating data in internal management programs.

Commercial follow-up of the assigned customer portfolio.
