What you'll do

Conducting telephone surveys.

Recording and validating the information obtained.

Following the procedures established by the company.

Professional and cordial service during calls.

How you'll work

Morning shift: from 09:00 to 15:00 hours.

Afternoon shift: from 15:00 to 21:00 hours.

Requirements

High level of Basque is essential.

Availability to work morning or afternoon shifts.

Residence in Azkoitia or nearby towns.

Communication skills and telephone etiquette.

Basic handling of computer tools.

Will be valued

Experience in telephone surveys, telemarketing, or customer service.
