Chemical/Pharmaceutical Production Operators

Previous experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience (indispensable requirement) in production environments within the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or chemical sector.

Technical knowledge: Demonstrable handling of industrial boxing, batching, and labeling operations.

Discontinuous Permanent (FD) Status: In the event of having a previous Discontinuous Permanent contract, only candidacies that have not previously completed the probationary period in the position will be valid.

Availability: Ability for immediate incorporation to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) every 2 weeks.

Reporting directly to the line or plant manager, your main responsibilities will be:

Direct operation and supervision of the primary and secondary conditioning lines.

Performing boxing, casing, and packaging tasks for products.

Batching, coding, and printing traceability data tasks.

Labeling of containers and packaging, ensuring the correct identification of the final product.

Visual quality control during the process and strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and process engineering standards.

Full-time employment in rotating shifts of morning (07:00 to 15:00 h), afternoon (15:00 to 23:00 h), and night (23:00 to 07:00 h), with rotation scheduled every 2 weeks for optimal work adaptation.

Hiring and Stability:

Temporary contracts of 1 to 3 months initial duration (initial contract expiring on the last day of the month), renewable month by month until reaching the legal maximum of 18 months.
