At Iman Temporing Almussafes, we are selecting a Tooling Operator for a leading company in the AUTOMOTIVE sector located in the Juan Carlos I Industrial Park in Almussafes.

Your responsibility will be to carry out the assigned activities within the Tooling Area, guaranteeing the correct execution of maintenance and repair work on dies and tooling. To this end, you must apply the established maintenance plans and attend to any incidents that may arise, striving to minimize their impact on productive activity and complying with the defined standards regarding costs, quality, safety, and deadlines.

Likewise, you will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance operations on dies and tooling, ensuring their correct functioning and conservation, in accordance with established quality, safety, and cost criteria.
• Carry out the necessary corrective maintenance interventions, seeking to minimize downtime for machines, equipment, and facilities, assessing the feasibility of repairs, safety conditions, and execution times.
• Collaborate with the area manager in the updating, review, and monitoring of documentation relating to management indicators (KPIs) and material control.
• Provide your superior with detailed information regarding the work performed, the results obtained, the incidents detected, and possible opportunities for improvement.
• Apply preventive and corrective actions on dies, tooling, and auxiliary elements, with the objective of guaranteeing their availability and correct state of operation.
• Interpret technical part drawings to ensure their correct manufacture and compliance with the required specifications.
• Execute alignment and adjustment operations of parts, appropriately selecting and controlling machining parameters, such as speeds and feeds, to guarantee the precision and quality of the final result.
