During an initial phase of training and adaptation, the schedule will be a split shift from Monday to Friday.

From the IMAN Temporing Donostia office, we are looking to hire 5 production operators for an important industrial company located in Hernani, dedicated to paper manufacturing.

We are looking for people with technical training and an interest in developing professionally within an industrial environment, to work directly in the production process, performing tasks of operating and controlling machinery on a continuous manufacturing line.

Duties

Handling and supervision of machinery during the various phases of the paper manufacturing process.

Feeding and supplying the production lines.

Monitoring the correct functioning of the equipment and detecting possible incidents.

Monitoring the parameters of the production process and communicating deviations.

Performing quality controls during the manufacturing process.

Handling and movement of materials and finished product.

Maintaining order and cleanliness of the workstation.

Compliance with safety standards, quality, and internal procedures.
