The role

What you'll do

- Perform a complete study of the Center's facilities and machinery.

- Control the archive of facility operation manuals.

- Execute the Preventive Maintenance Plan.

- Supervise the execution and perform annual, biannual, quarterly, monthly, weekly, daily, and ad hoc interventions.

- Minimize machinery downtime in the event of breakdowns.

- Execute repairs in cases where necessary.

- Supervise that the preventive and corrective work of external contracted companies is carried out in the established time and manner.

- Supervise the condition of the center's tools to guarantee they are always in good condition.

- Perform daily monitoring of the center's consumption to evaluate that consumption is optimal.

- Supervise lighting and climate schedules in the BMS to optimize consumption.

- Responsible for the practical application of water treatment.

- Monitoring of water indicators and decision-making in case of distortion.

- Execution of orders according to the procedure.
